Frameworks

Public Buying Organisations create frameworks to assist the public, and third party buyers, to procure goods and services from a list of pre-approved suppliers, with agreed terms and legal protections.

Suppliers are able provide goods and services based on a strict criteria created by the PBO when the framework is created with the suppliers vetted on price, quality, proven track records and capability. The frameworks can then be utilised by the buyer to either chose a select few contractors to enter a mini competition to tender for the works or they can order (or ‘call off’) the goods and services when required as a direct award.

Using any of the below frameworks, you can procure Sterling’s Services directly, if required.
